Contract Admin.
Depending on procurement strategy, we can act as Contract Administrator for the building contract.
We have acted as Contract Administator on a huge variety of jobs, from £15 million office developments to back garden extensions.
This breadth of experience informs every decision we make, meaning we deliver projects smoothly and efficiently.
Principal Designer.
Under the CDM Regulations, clients must appoint a CDM Principal Designer to ensure health and safety matters for the project are considered.
Under the Building Safety Act 2022, new dutyholder roles have been introduced, including the Principal Designer.
We are experienced in performing both roles, and have robust internal processes and documents to ensure we competently fulfill the necessary requirements.
